If you are interested in holding an event, here's what you should do:

1. 1. Come by to see the space to get an idea of how it could work for the event you're proposing.
2. 2. Review our Event Form carefully, write up your answers to the questions on pages 3 and 4, and return your responses to us.
3. 3. We'll get in touch with you to talk about whether or not what you’re proposing will work for us, and to discuss whatever details need to be ironed out. If we all decide to proceed, we’ll meet to talk about the logistics. * Please don’t begin promoting your event until we’ve had this meeting.
4. 4. You'll produce flyers that include our logo, post them, and give us some to post. * Please show us the flyer before making a million copies so we can make sure it’s ok.
5. 5. We'll help promote the event using our website, email list, and flyers.
6. After the fact, we'll evaluate the success of the event and our working relationship, and talk about what worked well and what could be improved in the future.
